This is important...
I have to decide which name I want on my certificate of graduation from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Should I go with
A) Jenny Horgan
B) Jennifer Lynne Horgan
Vote now. Whatever silly names you come up with will not be accepted and then Bethel will just choose for me. :)

My vote would be for Jenny Horgan. It's more natural and it's more you.
This whole ministering in the supernatural is all about making it the everyday. Jenny Horgan sounds more everyday to me.
I'm the opposite of Pretzel. For a certificate I'd go with the full name your folks gave you. I'm all about names and think our full names are important. I didn't even drop my maiden name when I got married but left it in as sort of a second middle name. :)
Maybe you could go with Jenny Lynne Horgan? A combo of the two philosophies...
I like the sound of your full name on this. To anyone you meet and minister you'll be Jenny, but the certificate with your full name carries weight
